The peated spirit was filled into casks that previously stored American Bourbon, then left to sleep for 13 years before being bottled straight from the cask. No chill-filtration and colouring. Our Tasting Notes Nose: Fresh and vibrant, earthy and peaty, peppery spice, citrus and orchard fruits. Palate: More fresh peaty and earthy flavours, peppery spice and citrus.
