Return & Refund Policies

At First Choice Liquor Mart, customer satisfaction is important to us. We carefully select and ship our products, but if there is an issue with your order, we are happy to assist.

Return Eligibility

Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • Products are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging

  • A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation is provided

Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be approved.

Items Not Eligible for Return

For health, safety, and regulatory reasons, we are unable to accept returns on:

  • Opened or partially consumed alcoholic beverages

  • Perishable items

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final-sale products

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the damage or error

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit where appropriate.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team and include:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return

If your return is approved:

  • You will receive instructions on how and where to send the item

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error

  • Items purchased in-store must be returned to the physical store location

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified of the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you meet the legal age requirement.
A valid government-issued photo ID may be required at the time of delivery.
